Hi!

I'm Liz.

After an unexpected ADHD diagnosis at 34 turned my world upside down, I spent the next three years learning everything I could about it.


The more I learned, the more everything in my life started to make sense, & I figured out how to

work with my ADHD brain.


As a Certified ADHD Coach

I teach the strategies I developed to:


1) Earn a masters degree,

2) Buy my own home,

3) Earn a second masters (while working full time)

4) Make well over a six figure salary, &

5) Travel the world!

All before 30,

& all before receiving a diagnosis!

I read every book and tried every hack. I developed a system that worked. I got more done but it never got easier. On paper, everything looked great, but I was struggling to keep it all together.

No matter how much I accomplished, I couldn't shake the feeling that it wasn't good enough.

That I wasn't good enough.

If I was so smart, then why did I perpetually lose my keys,

miss meetings & forget to hit send on emails?


How, despite tons of alarms & my very best effort was I constantly late? Even to things I was super excited about!


Why did I forget to do the things I had promised? And why, oh why, did I always have more than 100 unread text messages?


Getting the diagnosis helped. Medication helped. But neither fully addressed the real toll caused by living with this undiagnosed neurodevelopmental disorder.

I had spent decades believing:

  • I was a flake


  • I was a complete mess


  • I was either lazy or incapable


  • Everything that went wrong was obviously my fault.

I believed I was broken.

I lived in fear that everything would come crashing down around me. I was my own worst critic. Years of berating myself had completely eroded my self esteem.

The worst part was, I hadn't even realized it.

Then I found coaching. After just one session I was better able to understand myself and address my problems. I started feeling better & following through on my plans.

But the real transformation came when I hired a coach who actually had ADHD! I immediately felt understood. She just 'got it.' It was so incredible I dedicated my life to helping others do the same.

I learned how to tame my inner critic,

& regulate my attention. I stopped forcing myself to do things 'the right way' & started doing them my way.

I created a life
